Despatch Commitment:
We aim to despatch all in stock items to you within 24
hours of receiving your order. Items that are out of
stock will be ordered in especially for you.
All items have a usually despatched guide time quoted
next to them online. If you need to know if an item is
in stock then please call our Customer Care Team on +44
(0) 870 400 3838, who will be able to check the exact
stock level for you and process your order.
Please check our website for the latest despatch
information, your account is updated as soon as your
items are despatched. We will keep trying to obtain
stock from our suppliers for 30 days. If after this time
we have been unable to fulfil your order, your order
will automatically be cancelled and we will notify you
immediately.
Pre-orders: In the exciting world of home
entertainment, we understand the disappointment of not
receiving the latest blockbuster movie, game or album on
release date. At ChoicesUK.com we aim to despatch
products that have been pre-ordered up to 7 days in
advance of release date, so that they arrive on your
doorstep on the day of release! If the price is cheaper
on the day of release than at the time your pre-order
was placed you will always be charged the lower price.

to UK orders only.
All UK orders are delivered absolutely free and
we
have competitive flat rate charges for our international
customers too. If you live in Europe we will ship your order
for just £3 no matter how many items you have ordered.
If you live outside of Europe we will ship your order
for just 6 no matter how many items you have ordered.
Delivery Times:
Channel Islands despatch (UK orders only):
products under the value of £17.99* are despatched from
our Channel Islands distribution centres. Please allow 5
- 7 days for delivery to take place from receiving your
despatch confirmation email.
*Larger and promotional items that are not suitable for
despatching via the Channel Islands will be despatched
through the UK regardless of value.
UK despatch: domestic orders shipped from our UK
offices are sent by either 1st Class Royal Mail or
Parceline Services. Please allow 2 - 7 days for delivery
to take place from receiving your despatch confirmation
email.
UK despatch international orders: International
shipments are despatched by either Royal Mail Airmail or
Parceline. Please allow 7 - 14 days for delivery from
receiving your despatch confirmation email
Late delivery or missing items: The despatch and
delivery times we quote are guides, you will need to
allow 14 days from the despatch date before we are able
to investigate missing items and arrange a replacement
or refund
