Q: Why do you want to know my date of birth?

A: As a member of the Video Standards Council, we strictly follow guidelines set by Council and UK law regarding the supply of age certified products to underage individuals. For this reason we need to check your date of birth.

Q: How do I update my account details?

A: You may change your email and billing addresses at any time within the My Details page, by overwriting your existing address details and then clicking on the update details button.

Q: How do I change my registered password?

A: Simply visit the Change My Password page and follow the instructions on screen.

Q: Where do I find my credit/debit card verification code?

A: Your credit/debit cards verification code is an extra security measure to help combat fraud. You will find your 3 digit verification code on the reverse of your Credit/Debit Card as illustrated below:



American Express customers will find their 4 digit security code on the front of their card:



Q: What is my NIE/NIF number?(Customers living in Spain only)

A: Customers who live in Spain must provide a valid NIE/NIF number whenever purchasing goods or services. We need this number when you first register with us. If you do not have one, you may apply for one at your local police station.

Q: How do I unsubscribe from your regular Entertainment newsletter emails?

A: You can unsubscribe from our Entertainment newsletter emails at any time in one of two ways:

By clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of one of our emails
By un-checking the newsletter subscription tick box within the My Preferences page within My Account.
If at any time you would like to rejoin our entertainment email newsletters no problem, click on the subscribe tick box and well send the next update straight to your inbox.

Q: How do I cancel an order?

A: Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled at any time by logging into your account and reviewing your Order History. Click cancel next to the item you no longer want and your order will be cancelled. We will confirm by email that your order has been cancelled. If you no longer want a title that has already shipped, you may register that you wish to cancel within 7 days from receipt of your order. To do so, simply find the order within your Order History and click on the Problem? button and follow the instructions on screen. Once you have notified us, you must returned the unwanted goods in the condition received within 14 days.

Q: My Order History says that my order has been despatched but it hasnt arrived - what should I do?

A: Dont worry your order is on the way. Delivery should be within 7 days, if after 14 days from receiving your despatched email, your order has still not arrived, please contact our Customer Care Team at customerservice@ChoicesUK.com who will be happy to help and arrange a replacement or refund.

Q: How do I use a promotional code?

A: If you have a promotional code that you wish to apply to your order, enter the code on the basket page when you checkout and your discount will be applied then and there.

*Before using a promotional code, please ensure you read and agree with the associated terms and conditions of the offer.

Q: How do I use a multi-buy?

A: When taking advantage of our multi-buy offers, you will need to add the set number of titles from the selected range to your basket before the discount will be applied. For example, in a 3 for £20 offer, you will need to choose 3 titles from the selection available. Once you have added required number of eligible titles to your basket, your total will automatically be adjusted to the offer price.

Q: Can I change my delivery details?

A: Yes - no problem. During the checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to change your existing delivery address details or add a new address. Alternatively, you can maintain your address list by logging into your account and choosing to update address information.

Q: My credit/debit card details arent being accepted

A: When entering your payment details, you will need to make sure you carefully enter the following information:

Select the card type displayed at the top of your credit or debit card. ChoicesUK.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron, Visa Delta and American Express.




The 16 digit card number across the face of your card

The expiry date of your card

The start date of your card (Maestro/solo cards only)

Your name exactly as printed on your card

The issue number of your card (if you have one)

The 3 digit (4 digit for customers using American Express) security code on the reverse of your card
