Cancellations Policy:
You can cancel your order online up until the point of
shipment. Simply sign into your account and click on the
order containing the item you wish to cancel. Click
cancel next to the item you no longer want and your
order will be cancelled. We will confirm by email that
your order has been cancelled.
If you no longer want an item that has already been
shipped, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt.
All returned items must be authorised before return, to
obtain authorisation:
- Sign into your account and click on the order
containing the item you wish to return.
- Click on the "Problem?" button next to the
appropriate title
- Please select the reason for returning the item to
us as no longer wanting the item.
- A RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) will be issued
to you along with our returns address.
- Please return the item, unopened with the original
packaging intact to us within the next 14 days ensuring
your RAN is clearly printed on the outside of the
package and on the returns portion of the invoice. We
regret we cannot accept unwanted returns for items that
have been opened..
- Your order status will be updated confirm the
cancellation process for this item is now complete.
We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned
without a valid RAN.
Please note that a
refund or replacement can only been issued once we have
received back the item(s) authorised for return. Please
allow up to 14 days for your Return to be processed.
Our Cancellations policy does not affect your
statutory rights.
Damaged, Faulty and Returns Policy:
We hope that your order arrives in perfect condition
and we will replace or refund any item that is received
damaged or is faulty. Please notify us within 30 days of
receipt of your order. The damaged item(s) must be
authorised before being returned:
How to return a faulty/damaged item:

containing the item you wish to return.

- Please select the relevant reason for returning
the item to us e.g. damaged in transit
- A RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) will be
issued to you along with our returns address.

outside of the package and on the returns slip of
the invoice.
- Your order status will be updated to confirm the
returns process for this item is now complete. If a
replacement has been issued, a new item line will
appear in your order history.

Playstation3 Consoles and Bundles
We hope your Playstation3 console or bundle deal arrives
in perfect condition but if you receive your console or
bundle and there is a problem please read the
instructions below for information on what to do.
My Playstation3 console wont work? What should I do?
In the first instance you should contact the Sony
Customer Services Help Line on 08705 998877.
Their operators will carry out a diagnostic fault check
and may be able to help you fix the fault without any
need to return your console.
I have called Sony and my Playstation3 console still
will not work. What next?
If Sony cannot help you then please call us on our
Returns Help Line 0870 400 3845.
We will either arrange for your console to be collected
from you or give instructions on what to do next.
I think my console is missing some of its hardware
parts? What should I do?

either arrange for your console to be collected from you
or give instructions on what to do next.
I have received my bundle deal and one of the games
is faulty/damaged. What can I do?
Call us on our Returns Help Line 0870 400 3845 and we
will give you a Freepost address to return your game to.
If you have bought your game as part of a bundle then we
can only replace the game for an exact copy. We cannot
exchange for a different title or refund you.
We reserve the right to refuse items that are
returned without a valid RAN.
Our Returns policy does not affect your statutory
rights.
