orders for delivery within the UK. The prices shown on this website have
already been discounted, so (provided your order has been accepted as

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling.
However, price and availability information are subject to change

RETURNS POLICY
If any products we supply to you are damaged or defective, or have been
delivered to you in error, you can return them to us for replacement
(subject to availability) or a refund. This does not affect your

Authorisation Number (RAN). The easiest way to do this is via your order

In addition, if you live in the European Union you have the right by law
to cancel your order, within 7 working days of receiving the products.
To do this, you must give us notice of your intention to cancel within 7
working days of receiving the products. The easiest way to do this is

RAN and instructions for returning the products to us.
In all cases, you must return the products to us within 14 days of
receiving the RAN. If you fail to return products to us within this
period we may have them collected and recover the cost from you.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning
products to us unless the reason for returning them is that they are
damaged or defective or were delivered to you in error.
It is our policy to test each product returned to us. You must return
products to us in the condition in which you received them. If you fail
to do this, or we find that products being returned due to alleged
damage or defect are in fact not damaged or defective, then we may
refuse to accept them or to make a refund. We may also charge you any
fees and expenses we incur in dealing with the matter.
Any refund due to you will be made upon receipt by us of the products in
accordance with these conditions. The amount of the refund will take
into account the terms of any promotion that applied to the products
